Absolutely. Just make sure to let the person answering the call know that you need to speak to someone in the office as you want to use the current promotion running.

There are a few steps we can take to fix this.

First of all  make sure that what you are booking fits the promotion you are trying to book - for example, the promo code matches the date, cruise type and ticket type.
