General Tour Information

We cannot guarantee you will see dolphins while within the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary. These are wild animals and are not always present.
Infant rates apply to children 2-years and under.
Child rates apply for children aged 3-12 years.
Student rates from 13-17 years.
Adult rates apply for anyone 18 or older unless holding a legal concession card.
Seniors, Concessions and Students must provide ID proof before boarding vessel.

Children Rates

Rates apply for children up to the age of 12.
All children from the age of 12-17 are to be charged at student prices.
Children 2-years and under travel free of charge.

Cruise Conditions

Fully-licensed vessel.
Assistance can be provided to guests with mobility issues, including a ramp for wheelchairs.
Suitable for all age groups.
Toilets are located on board.
Guests are to arrive a 1 McLaren Wharf, Port Adelaide, 15-minutes prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

A FULL refund is provided to guests if the tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions and an alternative time is not established to undertake the tour,
NO refund is provided to guests for non-attendance at scheduled tour time.
Guests can reschedule tour if required, however need to ensure that more than 48-hours notice is provided to Port River Cruises via telephone confirmation on +61 8 7082 9608
All bookings cancelled within 7-days of scheduled departure will incur a 50% charge of tour costs.
Guests that provide more than 7-days notice of tour cancellation via telephone confirmation will receive a FULL refund

Gift Cards and Vouchers

Valid for 3-years after date of issuance.
Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Can only be utilised for the purpose stated on the voucher or gift card.
Can only be used for bookings made through Port River Cruises.
Port River Cruises does not accept vouchers or coupons for outside companies.

Liability Waiver

Upon booking all participants agree to assume all of the risks of participating or attending this activity or event, including by way of example and not limitation any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by Port River Cruises, or because of their possible liability without fault.
