How do I book a private charter?
Submit a charter enquiry with your preferred date, group size and event details. Our team will confirm availability and recommend the most suitable vessel and package.
What events can a private charter accommodate?
Private charters can suit birthdays, weddings, corporate events, school groups, senior excursions, disability groups, OSHC groups and other celebrations.
What is the maximum group size?
Capacity depends on the vessel and charter setup. Our current vessel options accommodate groups from small private parties through to larger events of up to 100 guests.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely, yes. You are welcome to play your own music onboard. If you have any specific setup requirements, please let our team know before your charter so we can help you plan everything properly.
Can we decorate the vessel?
Decorations may be possible with prior approval. Contact our team before bringing or installing decorations so we can confirm what is suitable and safe.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own catering onboard. Please let our team know what you are planning to bring before your charter so we can confirm the most suitable setup for your vessel and group.
Can catering be arranged?
Yes. Catering can also be arranged for selected private charters. Let us know what you have in mind when making your enquiry and our team can discuss the available options with you.
Can we bring our own drinks / alcohol on board?
You cannot bring your own alcohol onboard because our vessels are fully licensed. If you would like to bring wine, corkage may be available for a fee by prior arrangement. Wine, beer, soft drinks and other beverages are available to purchase onboard.
What onboard facilities are available for private charters?
Our vessels have onboard toilets and are fully licensed, with wine, beer, soft drinks and other beverages available to purchase. Private charter groups are also welcome to play their own music and may bring their own catering. Facilities and accessibility vary by vessel, so please let us know your group requirements when making your enquiry and we will recommend the most suitable option.
Can the vessel remain at the wharf for an event?
