What are the terms and conditions for gift cards and vouchers?
Gift cards and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for different goods or services. They must be redeemed through the Port River Cruises website.
How do I enter my voucher code when booking?
Enter the voucher number during the payment section of the online booking process.
I booked without entering my voucher number. What should I do?
Email info@portrivercruises.com.au with your order number and voucher number, and our team will review it.
Why is my voucher number not working?
Check that the ticket you selected matches the voucher. For example, a family-pass voucher must be applied to the corresponding family-pass ticket. If it still does not work, email us or call 08 7082 9608 .
How long are vouchers valid?
Vouchers are valid for three years from the purchase date. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
My voucher is nearly expired and I cannot use it in time. What should I do?
Email us with the relevant details, including the voucher number, and our team will review your options.
Can I exchange a voucher for cash?
No. Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I receive the cash difference if a family pass is discounted after purchase?
No. The voucher remains valid for the ticket type purchased. Later price changes and promotions do not change its value or use.
Can I add extra tickets to a booking paid partly with a voucher?
Yes. Apply the voucher during checkout, then pay any remaining balance by card.
What happens to my voucher if my cruise is cancelled?
We will first try to rebook you for a suitable date. If that is not possible, your order can be placed on hold. Keep your order number and contact us when you are ready to rebook. A hold can remain active for up to two years.
