General Tour Information

• We cannot guarantee you will see dolphins while within the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary. These are wild animals and are not always present.
• Infant rates apply to children 2 years and under.
• Child rates apply to children aged 3–12 years.
• Student rates apply from 13–17 years.
• Adult rates apply to anyone 18 or older unless holding a legal concession card.
• Seniors, concession holders and students must provide proof of eligibility before boarding the vessel.
• Companion Card holders travel free of charge and must provide proof of eligibility at the wharf before boarding.

Children Rates

• Child rates apply to children up to the age of 12.
• Children aged 13–17 are charged at student prices.
• Children 2 years and under travel free of charge.

Cruise Conditions

• Travel aboard a fully licensed vessel.
• Assistance can be provided to guests with mobility needs, including a wheelchair ramp on a suitable vessel. Please advise the team before booking.
• Cruises are suitable for all age groups.
• Toilets are located on board.
• Guests must arrive at 1 McLaren Wharf, Port Adelaide, 15 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is provided if Port River Cruises cancels the tour due to poor weather and an alternative time is not established.
• No refund is provided for non-attendance at the scheduled tour time.
• Guests may reschedule when more than 48 hours' notice is provided and confirmed with Port River Cruises by telephone on +61 8 7082 9608.
• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled departure incur a charge equal to 50% of the tour cost.
• Guests who provide more than 7 days' cancellation notice, confirmed by telephone, will receive a full refund.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• They may only be used for the purpose stated on the voucher or gift card.
• They may only be used for bookings made through Port River Cruises.
• Port River Cruises does not accept vouchers or coupons issued by outside companies.

Liability Waiver

Upon booking, all individual confirmations agree to assume all risks associated with participating in or attending this activity or event, including, without limitation, risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by Port River Cruises, or their possible liability without fault.
